THE TUNDRA TIRE EQUIPPED AIRPLANE WAS FLYING AT LOW ALTITUDE IN MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN FOR THE PURPOSE OF GAME SPOTTING. THE FLIGHT ENCOUNTERED GUSTY HEADWIND CONDITIONS. WHILE TURNING TO REVERSE DIRECTION, AWAY FROM THE RISING TERRAIN, THE PLANE STALLED AND COLLIDED WITH THE TERRAIN.
