1) Initial report from DGCA Spain indicated landing accident, all gear collapsed, no injuries. 2) Message from DGCA of May 16, 1994, requested contact with manufacturer for systems and structures support. 3) Message from DGCA of May 23, 1994, described accident sequence as follows: Air turnback after 7 minutes of flight due to electrical and hydraulic problems. Emergency declared 5 minutes into return to airport Tower observed fire from left side of aircraft on short final Landed without flaps, spoilers, or brakes, at high speed, departed runway, all gear collapsed, stopped at mid-field. All occupants exited aircraft, fire department extinguished fire on left side of aircraft (aft part of wing and fuselage).
