The National Transportation Safety Board is nearing completion of the investigations listed below and anticipates issuing the final report of probable cause on the Estimated Release Dates indicated. Final reports for major investigations are typically discussed at public Board meetings and notice of anticipated completion dates for those cases are available separately under Board Meetings.
